Swaadhyay is a self-understanding initiative that seeks to help individuals explore their natural patterns, tendencies, strengths, challenges, decision-making styles, emotional tendencies, energy patterns and other aspects of their personal nature.

The Human Blueprint is a personalised self-understanding document prepared using the information provided by you and the interpretive framework used by Swaadhyay.

Swaadhyay is intended as a tool for reflection, understanding and conscious self-exploration.

The Human Blueprint is intended to provide a structured perspective on aspects of your personality and behavioural patterns.

It may cover areas including, but not limited to:

• ● Emotional tendencies
• ● Energy patterns
• ● Communication
• ● Relationships
• ● Career inclinations
• ● Learning style
• ● Leadership tendencies
• ● Growth opportunities

The Blueprint is a perspective for self-understanding, and should not be treated as an absolute or exhaustive definition of who you are.

Human behaviour and personal development are influenced by numerous factors, including individual choices, experiences, environment, relationships and circumstances.

Swaadhyay's Human Blueprint is not intended to predict your future.

The Blueprint does not claim to determine what will happen to you, what decisions you must make, or what your life will become.

Any references to tendencies, patterns, inclinations or possible areas of development should be understood as interpretive observations for reflection and self-understanding.

Your choices and actions remain your own.

To prepare your Human Blueprint, you may be required to provide information including:

You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted by you is accurate and complete.

The quality and relevance of the Blueprint may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

Where the Human Blueprint uses birth-related information, Swaadhyay relies on the information supplied by the user.

Swaadhyay does not independently verify the accuracy of the date, time or place of birth submitted by you.

If incorrect information is submitted, the resulting Blueprint may not accurately correspond to the information intended to be analysed.

Each Human Blueprint is prepared for the individual whose information has been submitted. Accordingly:

• ● A Blueprint prepared for one person is not intended to be treated as the Blueprint of another person.
• ● The Blueprint may not be suitable for interpretation outside the context for which it was prepared.
• ● Content may differ between individuals based on the information provided and the interpretive process used.

Once the required information has been submitted and the request has been accepted for processing, the Human Blueprint will be prepared and delivered through the communication channels specified by Swaadhyay, which may include Email or WhatsApp.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and phone/contact number through which the Blueprint can be delivered.

Swaadhyay shall not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect contact information, inaccessible accounts, blocked communication channels, spam filters, technical failures attributable to third-party services, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Human Blueprints are individually prepared and are not necessarily delivered instantly.

The applicable processing or delivery timeline, where specified, will be communicated by Swaadhyay.

Reasonable delays may occur due to operational, technical or other circumstances.

Submission of a request does not guarantee immediate delivery.

Swaadhyay currently follows an open-contribution model.

The Human Blueprint may be requested with a contribution starting from ₹51, unless a different amount is expressly stated on the website or communicated by Swaadhyay.

The contribution amount does not change the personalised nature of the Blueprint or create a guarantee regarding any particular outcome, interpretation or life result.

All contributions are non-refundable.

Once a Human Blueprint request has been submitted for processing, the contribution cannot ordinarily be cancelled, refunded, transferred to another individual, or converted into credit for a future request.

By submitting your request and making a contribution, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

In the event of an exceptional technical or operational issue attributable directly to Swaadhyay that prevents the requested Blueprint from being delivered, Swaadhyay may, at its discretion, take reasonable steps to resolve the issue, including reprocessing or redelivery where appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

The Human Blueprint is prepared based on the information submitted by you and the interpretive methodology followed by Swaadhyay.

Revisions are not ordinarily available as part of the current Human Blueprint offering.

If you believe that the Blueprint contains an obvious factual or processing error arising from information incorrectly recorded or incorrectly processed by Swaadhyay, you may contact us for review.

A request for a different interpretation, disagreement with an interpretation, or a preference for different wording does not automatically constitute an error requiring revision.

The Human Blueprint is provided solely for self-reflection and personal understanding.

It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, investment, educational, employment or other professional advice.

The Blueprint should not be used as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional where such advice is required.

In particular, users should not rely on the Blueprint alone when making decisions concerning medical treatment, mental health, financial investments, legal matters, or other decisions where professional advice is appropriate.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions and choices.

Swaadhyay does not instruct you to make any particular personal, professional, financial, medical, relationship or other decision on the basis of the Human Blueprint.

The Blueprint is intended to provide a perspective that may assist personal reflection. How you interpret and use that perspective remains your responsibility.

The Swaadhyay name, brand identity, website content, Human Blueprint format, written material, frameworks, methodology, illustrations, graphics, designs, logos and other original materials associated with Swaadhyay are owned by or licensed to Swaadhyay, unless otherwise stated.

The Human Blueprint provided to you is intended for your personal use. You may retain and refer to your own Blueprint for personal purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• ● Reproduce or commercially distribute the Blueprint;
• ● Present Swaadhyay's methodology or content as your own;
• ● Copy substantial portions of Swaadhyay's frameworks or materials for commercial use;
• ● Use Swaadhyay's branding or intellectual property in a manner suggesting an unauthorised association.

To prepare and deliver your Human Blueprint, Swaadhyay may collect and process information submitted through the website or associated forms, including your name, phone/contact number, email address, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth.

Such information may be used for purposes including processing and preparing your Human Blueprint, communicating with you regarding your request, delivering your Blueprint, addressing support or service-related queries, and maintaining necessary records relating to the service.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Swaadhyay's Privacy Policy, which forms a separate part of the website's terms and explains applicable data practices and user rights.

The information provided by you should not be submitted on behalf of another person without appropriate authority or consent.

By submitting your contact details for a Human Blueprint, you agree that Swaadhyay may contact you regarding your Blueprint request, missing or incorrect information, delivery of the Blueprint, service-related support, and other communications directly related to your request.

Any promotional or marketing communication, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and your available communication preferences.

Swaadhyay may use third-party services to facilitate certain aspects of the service, including forms, payment processing, email delivery, messaging and website hosting.

Examples may include third-party platforms such as Google Forms, email providers, WhatsApp or payment service providers.

The availability and operation of such services may be subject to the respective third party's terms, policies and technical conditions.

Swaadhyay is not responsible for failures or interruptions caused solely by third-party platforms beyond its reasonable control.

Swaadhyay endeavours to prepare Human Blueprints carefully and consistently based on the information supplied by users. However, Swaadhyay does not guarantee that:

• ● The Blueprint will accurately describe every aspect of your personality;
• ● Reading the Blueprint will produce any particular personal, professional or other outcome;

The Human Blueprint is an interpretive self-understanding resource and should be used accordingly.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Swaadhyay shall not be responsible for decisions, actions, losses or outcomes arising from a user's interpretation or use of the Human Blueprint.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Swaadhyay may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, applicable law, technology or business practices.

The updated version will be published on the website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the website or submission of a new request after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the services provided by Swaadhyay shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
